National Diploma in Oenology (DNO)

Admission requirements

To register for the courses leading to the National Diploma in Oenology (DNO), applicants must:

  • have either a Bachelor (licence) in science: biology, chemistry, agronomy or biochemistry;
  • or an engineering degree (in science or agriculture).
  • Applications are reviewed by a jury composed of university lecturer-researchers and professional oenologists.
