Once you're registered for classes, you'll be provided with your Aquipass card. It's your own, electronic and multi-service card that will accompany you throughout your studies at the University of Bordeaux.
The Aquipass/Izly student card, acquired in the final stage of administrative registration, is valid throughout your academic period at university. It is only valid one year and must therefore be updated each time you enrol and/or re-enrol.
The card is free of charge but, if lost or stolen, the student will be required to pay for a replacement card.
It allows you to:
Access to data stored on the chip is protected by a PIN code, that must be activated before the first use.
Reissuing the Aquipass student card costs 10€, which must be paid by the student. To renew it, contact your admissions office.
Your student card, compatible with the CROUS payment app, Izly, can be used in the university's dining halls and cafeterias.
